It’s not easy to keep trash from accumulating in your car, especially if you spend a lot of time in it (and this is a fact that parents know all too well). You can always use a plain old shopping bag from the grocery store or convenience store, but it’s inevitably going to split when it gets too full, and there you are again – with a bunch of trash scattered all over your floorboard. Car clean up is a heck of a lot easier if you can just stay on top of it as you go along, rather than having to take a shovel to dislodge all the junk and debris later! - The Trash Stash – Trash management for cars doesn’t get much easier than this. The Trash Stash holds an entire three gallons of garbage, and attaches to the back of your headrest or seatback so your rear-seat passengers (also known as “kids”) have no excuse for not putting their trash in it. Its simple black nylon bag is unobtrusive, and attaches with a nylon web strap and buckle.
- Slimline Trash Sack – It’s hard to think up many new or innovative ideas when it comes to trash management for cars, but the designers of the Slimline Trash Sack did just that. The receptacle includes a continuous roll of biodegradable liners; when the bag fills up, you just remove the bag and cut it (with the built-in cutter), and another liner is automatically in place. The black nylon Trash Sack is slim enough to fit anywhere, and includes a magnetic top flap to keep trash out of view.
- Trash Stand – When Parenting Magazine gives a product their endorsement, it must have something going for it. The Trash Stand features a weighted bottom that won’t let it slide around or tip over, and holds 1 ¼ gallons of garbage in a leak-proof container with a flip top. It also includes a hidden compartment with a zipper for personal items.
